Todd and Kathy Marcus didn’t just start a business in Delran, NJ —they created an extension of their own home. Along with their four children—Zachary, Britney, Chandler, and Dylan—the Marcus family has cultivated an environment where their love for animals flourishes. Their personal menagerie of 11 birds, 2 dogs, and 2 cats ensures that every piece of advice they offer comes from lived experience.

1984: Todd Marcus opens his first bird shop in a tiny corner of a local fish store
1990s: Expanding to our 3,500 sq. ft. location in Mainline Shopping Center
